We have a longstanding reputation for providing excellent, round-the-clock care that goes beyond the everyday requirements typically expected when caring for the elderly or those navigating the challenges of dementia.
Our priority is to ensure that residents enjoy the most fulfilling day possible and feel genuinely happy in their home-from-home environment. While everyone’s needs are unique, our smaller home allows us to be flexible and responsive, tailoring care to each individual.
I chose The Laurels because I was looking for a smaller setting for my father. I could not recommend The Laurels more. It really gives a home-from-home feel and the staff are so caring and welcoming."
We place great importance on building strong relationships between our carers and residents.
Over time, trust naturally develops, enabling a more personal level of care; one that addresses every aspect of a resident’s well-being, from nutrition and physical health to emotional and social engagement.
In addition to residential and dementia care, we also offer respite care ideal for those recovering from a hospital stay or surgery, or for family members who need a temporary break from caregiving responsibilities.

Unlike other homes, we accept residents for a minimum of a week. We will then aim to pre-book after this time.
